The sixteenth Tamil Nadu Legislative (*11*) has been summoned to fulfill for its first session at Kalaivanar Arangam within the Omandurar Government Estate at 10 a.m. on May 11.
Senior DMK chief K. Pitchandi has been named the pro-tem Speaker of the (*11*) and Minister Duraimurugan has been named the Leader of the House, (*11*) Secretary K. Srinivasan stated.
The election of the Speaker and the Deputy Speaker could be held at 10 a.m. on May 12.
The newly-elected members will take their oath on that day within the multi-purpose corridor on the third ground of Kalaivanar Arangam on Wallajah Salai in Chennai, an official launch stated.
