“The least that they could have done is provide a free calling facility. They should have made the system to automatically transfer the calls to the new number when consumers dial it,” he stated and added that this was not the time to vary the quantity since Deepavali was across the nook.
Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. sources stated the problems have been being sorted out with the non-public telecom operator. “Our field officers and distributors called us and we kept a constant watch on the bookings.
