Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has agreed to lengthen monetary help of ₹5 lakh to the kin of journalists, who died due to COVID-19, in Andhra Pradesh, Press Academy Chairman Devireddy Sreenath has mentioned.
Addressing a media convention right here on Tuesday, the A.P. Press Academy Chairman mentioned that together with different frontline warriors like docs, medical and well being staff, sanitary employees and police, journalists had confronted a number of difficulties within the discharge of their duties throughout the pandemic, many of whom had misplaced the battle towards the coronavirus.

Mr. Sreenath expressed his gratitude to Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy on behalf all journalists within the State.
He mentioned that many States within the nation had not prolonged any compensation to media individuals, however journalists within the State, who examined optimistic, have been being given free therapy by the federal government beneath Arogyasri.
