Even after 36 hours of passing of the bail order the accused haven’t but been launched from jail
Jamia scholar Asif Iqbal Tanha and JNU students Devangana Kalita and Natasha Narwal, who have been granted bail on June 15 within the northeast Delhi riots case, moved the Delhi High Court on June 17 searching for forthwith release from jail.
A Bench of Justices Siddharth Mridul and A.J. Bhambhani commenced listening to on the pleas, which stated even after 36 hours of passing of the bail order the accused haven’t but been launched from jail.
