Banks, ports exempted from curfew in Andhra

The State authorities has exempted banks, ports and the National Highway Authority of India works from the 18-hour curfew imposed in the State from Wednesday.
In a authorities order, the curfew guidelines have been amended to permit banks to function as per their regular timings. Development works of NHAI and ports are additionally allowed to function as per their regular timings. As per the rules issued on Tuesday, individuals working in these exempted organisations may also be exempted from the curfew. Most of the banks have been already working solely upto 2 pm.
