Prolific author and former bureaucrat Uday Balakrishnan’s ebook ‘India on my Mind’ was released on Tuesday, by former Secretary to Government of India E.A.S. Sarma and his spouse Rani Sarma at their residence, within the presence of former Rector of Andhra University and Director of Centre for Policy Studies A. Prasanna Kumar.
The ebook was printed by the Centre for Policy Studies, as a part of its silver jubilee celebration.
Speaking on the event, Mr. Sarma mentioned that the ebook was a compilation of Mr. Uday’s ideas on a variety of subjects of relevance to up to date India.
Unlike many, Mr. Uday has chosen to specific his concepts within the public area, for folks to agree or disagree. It is vital in a democracy like ours that there’s a dialogue and a debate on vital points that concern the society, he mentioned.
