CBSE extends deadline for Class X (*30*) to June 30

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Tuesday prolonged the deadline for colleges to submit Class X examination (*30*) to June 30 citing the COVID-19 pandemic.
On May 1, the CBSE had notified a coverage for tabulation of Class X (*30*) based mostly on inside evaluation by colleges, with the deadline for submission of marks as June 5 and for inside evaluation marks out of 20 on June 11. The CBSE had stated within the notification that it will declare the (*30*) by June 20.
On Tuesday, nonetheless, the Board prolonged the deadline for colleges to submit the marks and inside evaluation marks to June 30, “keeping in view the situation of the pandemic, lockdown in States and safety of teachers and other staff members of affiliated schools”.
