The Congress Legislature Party (CLP) leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka together with a bunch of senior Congress leaders rode a bullock cart as a part of a protest rally organised by the District Congress Committee (DCC) in opposition to the hovering fuel costs right here on Monday.
The rally was organised as a part of the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC)’s State-wide protests in opposition to the spiralling costs of petrol and diesel.
