The Union Minister is in Goa to attend a sequence of conferences on the brand new farm Bills on Saturday.

When the hotel administration refused them permission, they sat on a protest within the foyer. Later, the leaders had been detained and brought to a police station in Panaji.

Mr. Mardolkar stated the Congress delegation wished to meet Mr. Javadekar to query him on the Central authorities’s “silence” over Mahadayi river water diversion by Karnataka.
Mr. Javadekar has failed the State of Goa so far as curiosity of Mahadayi is worried, he stated, claiming that the Union minister was additionally chargeable for granting permissions for a number of environmentally hazardous tasks, which had been being opposed by folks.
