Congress pits C Raghunath against Pinarayi Vijayan at Dharmadam

The confusion relating to the UDF candidate in Dharmadam constituency is lastly over, with Congress handing over the image to DCC secretary C Raghunath, on Friday.
Mr. Raghunath had filed his nomination on Thursday quickly after Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee Working president K Sudhakaran had declined to contest within the constituency, regardless of the KPCC and the Congress excessive command requesting him to contest right here.
However, there was uncertainty after KPCC president Mullappally Ramachandran responded that he didn’t know what Mr. Raghunath had filed and that the occasion is but to announce its candidate. However, Mr. Raghunath confirmed that the nomination papers had been submitted after getting the nod from the occasion.
Mr. Raghunath had stated that the KPCC had collected his particulars to permit the image and he was able to withdraw his candidature if the occasion demanded it.
