The Greater Chennai City Police stated 23,657 instances have been filed in opposition to individuals who have been not wearing masks throughout the metropolis limits. A complete high quality quantity of ₹44,49,800 was collected from the violators and one other 379 instances have been booked for violation of bodily distancing norms.
