The Commissioner of Municipal Administration (CMA) had earlier identified that the supply made in the Water Supply and Under Ground Sewerage System Scheme was solely to restore the lower portion of the roads and never for replaying all the stretch. “Due to that, the roads are not restored fully under scheme funds,” it underlined.
