The State authorities on Sunday ordered a high-level inquiry into the explosion at a limestone quarry at Mamillapalle village in Kadapa district on Saturday, by which 10 employees have been killed.

In an announcement, Mines Minister Peddireddi Ramachandra Reddy stated that the committee, comprising officers of 5 departments, was requested to submit its report in 5 days.
