Heavy rain in Krishna, West Godavari districts

Kovvur, Ganapavaram, Buttaigudem, Veeravasaram and Koyyalagudem mandals obtained over 50 mm rainfall, officers stated.

Irrigation officers launched 6,560 cusecs of water downstream Prakasam Barrage by opening seven gates on Tuesday, authorities stated.
