Interviews for all APPSC exams done away with as part of reforms

The authorities on Saturday issued an order for shelling out with interviews for Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) examinations beneath all classes together with Group-I Services for the recruitments notified hereafter.

The scheme and syllabi for recruitment by APPSC for numerous posts and the posts for which interviews are required, have been enunciated by G.O. Ms.No.103 dated February 3, 1967.
The authorities had, vide G.O.Ms. No. 420 dated July 22, 2011, introduced the abolition of interviews for all posts besides for State Services and for these posts that are govt in nature and the place articulation expertise and public interface are required.
