Man killed over cow smuggling suspicion

A person was allegedly crushed to loss of life and one other severely injured when a gaggle of individuals attacked them whereas they have been transporting bovine animals in Rajasthan’s Chittorgarh district late on Sunday evening.
The victims have been taking three oxen in a van to their native village in neighbouring Madhya Pradesh.
The native individuals close to Begun city alleged that the 2 individuals have been smuggling cows and attacked them, although the victims claimed that they have been taking the animals to their village for farming work.
The police reached the spot on getting the knowledge and rushed the victims to a hospital after chasing off the attackers, who have been hitting them with sticks and had snatched away their paperwork and cell phones.
One of them, recognized as Babu Bhil, 25, succumbed to his accidents, whereas Pintu Bhil was said to be in a steady situation.

Police have registered a case of homicide and detained seven individuals for interrogation in reference to the incident. The two individuals, belonging to the Bhil tribe, hailed from Jhabua district of Madhya Pradesh.
