OPD services resume at Gurugram hospital
With a decline in COVID-19 instances, regular outdoor-patient services (OPD) resumed at Civil Hospital in Sector 10 right here on Tuesday.
Giving particulars, Deputy Civil Surgeon Maneesh Rathee mentioned the Health division had determined to resume regular OPD services after the speed of COVID-19 an infection had gone down. He added all OPD services had been resumed with regular timings.
The OPD services for dental, ENT and dermatology departments had been shut and the timings for the opposite OPD services had been curtailed to a few hours until 11 a.m. in April-end given the sudden spike in COVID-19 instances.
Dr. Rathee mentioned there have been instructions from the headquarters now to resume the conventional OPD services. He added that the services had been run for the conventional timings from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday and 1,200 folks availed the ability.
However, the flu OPD services are being run round the clock to look at sufferers with signs of cough, chilly and fever in view of the COVID-19 an infection. He added that every one sufferers coming for the OPD services had been required to stick to COVID protocol to minimise the opportunity of contraction of an infection.
