Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami on Saturday requested Prime Minister Narendra Modi to declare the linking of the Godavari and the Cauvery a nationwide mission for the advantage of lakhs of individuals in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Tamil Nadu.
