Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar has established contact with DGP, AP Gautham Sawang, IPS, DIG Kalidas and SP Sri Krishna. The injured has been attended at S’Kota hospital and preparations for remedy made at King George Hospital (KGH ), Visakhapatnam.

The Chief Secretary is personally monitoring, as per the directions of Chief Minister K Chandrasekar Rao. The Chief Secretary directed Hyderabad Collector to ship officers to the Shaikpet deal with of the victims in Hyderabad.
