Education Minister Adimulapu Suresh on Friday mentioned schools can be reopened for main sections (Classes 1 to 5) from February 1 (Monday).
In a press release, he mentioned one classroom wouldn’t have greater than 20 college students. Schools that didn’t have enough variety of lecture rooms to accommodate all college students, would conduct lessons on alternate days.
He mentioned all authorities, aided and unaided personal schools would operate full day from February 1, as per the educational calendar ready by the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT) (9 a.m. to 3.45 p.m.) for main schools.
