TDP leaders grabbed huge stretches of land throughout Naidu’s tenure, alleges Anakapalle MLA
Alleging that TDP leaders grabbed huge stretches of land within the district through the tenure of former Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Anakapalle MLA Gudivada Amarnath stated it is the accountability of the government to guard public land from encroachments.
Addressing a press convention right here on Monday, Mr. Amarnath alleged that the TDP leaders had the tacit assist of the previous Chief Minister on this regard. He recalled that Mr. Jagan Mohan Reddy, because the then Opposition chief, had fought towards encroachments in Visakhapatnam. He additionally alleged that TDP chief and MLA Velagapudi Ramakrishna Babu had occupied 400 sq. yards of land and former MLA Peela Govind Satyanarayana was concerned in grabbing of government land.
The then Collector of Visakhapatnam had declared that data pertaining to 1 lakh acres of land went lacking. Referring to the statements of former Minister Ch. Ayyanna Patrudu that land grabbing was occurring for the previous three years in Visakhapatnam, he stated that no TDP chief has the ethical proper to speak about land grabbing in Visakhapatnam.
