SC asks U.P. govt. to submit medical records of Kappan

The Supreme Court on Tuesday requested the Uttar Pradesh authorities to submit medical records of journalist Siddique Kappan who was arrested final 12 months.

Advocate Wills Mathew, showing for KUWJ, stated that on April 20, Kappan fell within the rest room and on April 21 he was examined optimistic for Covid-19.
He added that in addition to the reduction being sought, Kappan must also be allowed to discuss to his mom through video convention.
