A Bench headed by Justice R.F. Nariman stayed the contempt proceedings on a plea filed by the Education Minister.
The Uttarakhand High Court had on May 3 final 12 months ordered the previous chief ministers of the state to pay market lease for all the interval they continued to occupy authorities lodging since demitting workplace.
