Vignesh claimed Muthuvel had indulged in related acts of abuse in opposition to animals in the previous. “The dog was killed in a very brutal way. This is a punishable offence under section 429 (mischief by killing or maiming cattle etc.) and section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act,” he mentioned.
