Vignesh claimed Muthuvel had indulged in related acts of abuse in opposition to animals in the previous. “The dog was killed in a very brutal way. This is a punishable offence under section 429 (mischief by killing or maiming cattle etc.) and section 11 of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act,” he mentioned.
Superintendent of Police M. Sree Abhinav mentioned {that a} case could be filed in opposition to Muthuvel underneath the related provisions of the regulation.
