The Selvapuram police in Coimbatore have registered a case towards Minister for Municipal Administration and Rural Development S.P. Velumani and three others for violating the election mannequin code of conduct and for illegal meeting in reference to the crowding of AIADMK cadres on the social gathering workplace at Selvapuram on Monday.
