Women Commission gets a patfor helping pregnant women
National Commission for Women (NCW) Chairperson Rekha Sharma praised Andhra Pradesh Mahila Commission Chairperson Vasireddy Padma and different members for the initiatives undertaken by them to assist pregnant women in the course of the second wave of coronavirus pandemic.
Ms. Sharma spoke to the Chairpersons of Women Commission of various States via video hyperlink on Thursday, and enquired in regards to the assist being prolonged to women and the needy in the course of the pandemic.
Ms. Padma stated that the A.P. Mahila Commission had prolonged a helping hand to pregnant women within the State. Director R. Suez stated that crucial healthcare amenities and oxygen have been supplied to the pregnant women who had approached the fee.
